Australian Omega Oils is co-located at Mantzaris Fisheries Fish & Seafood Processing facility in Geelong North, Victoria, Australia. This facility is FPA - Department of Primary Industry – AQIS registered with Fish Receival Permits AFMA, Export registration - DPI/EU/US FDA certification. Australian Omega Oils Calamari oil is processed from ecologically sustainable Australian harvested Calamari; the material components utilized for the oil extraction are processed fresh within minutes of the production line ensuring the material integrity and freshness.

Australian Omega Oils manufacturing facility has been constructed with environmental-friendly construction methods. It has been constructed with an emphases on Energy and Environmental efficiency. M anufacturing process and equipment has been installed to comply with pharmaceutical-level cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and AQIS export standards including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) manufacturing and packaging facilities. In addition, Australian Omega oils are compliant with the industry’s strictest quality standards.

Australian Omega oils Molecular distillation process produces ultra-pure, refined omega oil with virtually zero contaminants. This state of the art molecular distillation process separates the long chain omega 3 fatty acids from contaminants in an extreme vacuum environment at a low temperature by isolating the omega 3 fatty acids. By utilizing molecular weights unwanted contaminants such as the heavy metal such as mercury are extracted. Our final process is where the distilled fatty acids are recovered to produce concentrated omega 3’s the final result is an omega 3 concentrate.

So far, molecular distillation is the only method to date that can remove heavy metals, dioxins, PCBs and other toxins to below detectable levels that are deemed safe for human use that is fast and gentle. The extreme vacuum environment allows our marine oils to be processed at minimal temperatures. The process is so delicate that long chain omega-3 fatty acids are protected from breaking down and oxidizing.
